Research ProjectsNext-generation high-performance linear solver for future computational science and engineering 岩下 武史; 塙 敏博; 伊田 明弘; 美舩 健; 横田 理央; 高橋 康人; 今倉 暁; 深谷 猛 Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research, 2023/04 -2027/03, Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (A), Hokkaido University Enhancement of Parallel-in-space-time Electromagnetic Field Analysis for Practical Electric Machine Design 高橋 康人 本年度は,前年度までに有効性を確認した領域分割型並列計算法と並列TP-EEC法を用いた時間分割型並列計算法に基づく空間分割・時間分割併用型並列有限要素法(PinSTFEM)について,10,000プロセス以上を使用した大規模並列計算時の速度向上率について主に検討した.まず,並列TP-EEC法において分割時刻区間を重複させるOverlapping並列TP-EEC法を新たに開発し,定常状態への収束性をさらに改善可能であることを明らかにした.本提案手法をPinSTFEMに適用し,インバータ駆動埋込磁石同期電動機の永久磁石内渦電流損解析を例題として並列台数効果を検証した.その結果,領域分割型並列有限要素法の単独利用では速度改善効果が期待できないようなプロセス数においてもさらなる高速化が達成可能であることを定量的に明らかにした.PinSTFEMでは粒度(並列計算対象となるループ構造)が異なる2種類の並列計算法を併用しているため,それぞれの特長を相乗的に活かすことで高並列計算環境における優れた並列台数効果が達成可能となる.本成果は当該分野最大の国際会議COMPUMAG2021にて口頭発表しており,現在,論文誌投稿に向けて準備を進めている段階である.
また,回転機の定常特性解析に特化した時間分割型並列計算法に関する基礎的検討として前年度に開発したdq-TP-EEC法については,電気学会の英文論文誌Dに投稿し,掲載が決定している.
さらに,ヒステリシスを考慮したPinSTFEMについては実装が完了し,昨年度までに取得した磁気特性データに基づいた実測結果との比較によりその妥当性を検証するとともに,実規模電気機器モデルによる並列性能評価まで行っている.今後,国内外の関連学会にて成果発表を実施し,得られた成果をまとめて最終的には論文誌に投稿する予定である., Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (C), 2020/04 -2023/03, Principal investigator, Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (C), Doshisha University マルチスケール・マルチフィジクスモデル縮約による高精度モータシミュレーターの開発 松尾 哲司; 菅原 賢悟; 高橋 康人 (1) 誘導モータ解析の非線形化 電源磁束,空隙部磁束をパラメータとして飽和度を表現し,小さなパラメータ次元で精度よく飽和度を表現する手法を開発することにより,固定子の非線形化を実現した。トルクなどモータ諸量を時間変化を含めて精度よく効率的に算出することに成功している。
(2) 簡易モデルの開発 空間高調波数の相互作用を無視することにより,周波数領域における縮約モデルを開発し,トルクなどの平均量を過渡解析なしに算出する簡易モデルを構築した。従来の簡易等価回路より高精度なモデル化を実現している。
(3) スキューを考慮したモデル縮約 マルチポートCLN法に基づいて,かご形誘導モータのスキューを考慮したビヘイビアモデルを導出した。スキューを近似的に模擬した多段の回転子のモデル縮約と各段間のロータバー電流の接続を考慮することにより,トルク波形を含むモータ諸量を高精度に再現する効率的な縮約モデルを開発した。
(4) 誘導加熱問題への拡張 CLN法を誘導加熱問題に拡張した。等価なカウア回路の変換により,物理的意味が明確な等価回路を構成した。
(5) FP-CLN法の近似解の誤差評価 Fixed-Point法を用いた新たな非線形CLN法について,その誤差を評価する方法を検討した。

Although the domain decomposition method (DDM) is suitable for solving large-scale problems and the parallel-in-time (PinT) integration method such as a parallel time-periodic explicit-error-correction (TP-EEC) method and Parareal is effective for problems with a large number of time steps, their parallel performances get saturated as the number of processes increases. To overcome the difficulty, the hybrid approach in which both the DDM and PinT integration methods are used was investigated. The effectiveness of the developed methods was demonstrated in magnetic field analyses of practical electric machines. Stress dependent magnetic properties and vectorial magnetic and magnetostrictive properties of silicon steels were measured. An assembled domain structure model (ADSM) is developed using the 6-domain simplified domain structure model as unit cell. The ADSM is a physical model that can predict the magnetic properties from basic material parameters such as the anisotropy constant and the magnetostriction constant. The deterioration of magnetic property of non-oriented silicon steel sheet is reconstructed by the ADSM. Assuming a distribution of pinning field, the ADSM predicts the iron-loss increase due to the applied compressive stress, which agrees with measured loss property depending on the stress.
