- アミノ酸からつくるスマート高分子材料キーワード：「新ビジネス」フォーラム：研究テーマの分野：化学・ナノテク・素材関連研究者所属・研究者名：理工学部 機能分子・生命化学科、古賀 智之概要：アミノ酸はタンパク質を構成している生体分子で、優れた機能性を有しています。私達はアミノ酸のも つ「構造多様性」と「類似性」に着目した新しい高分子材料の開発を進めています。基本骨格が同じで あるため、同一の合成戦略で種々のアミノ酸ビニルモノマーを調製できます。また、それらを高分子化 することにより、様々な構造/機能設計が可能となります。本講演では、温度応答性ポリマーの精密設 計や形状記憶性・インジェクタブル性ハイドロゲル材料等への展開について紹介します。
← 発表動画（約40分）youtubeにリンクしています。人工ペプチドを基盤とする スマート・ナノマテリアルキーワード：ペプチド:自己組織化:ナノ構造:刺激応答材料: ハイドロゲル:ベシクル:ナノファイバー:ナノチューブ: 細胞足場材料:DDS研究テーマの分野：化学・ナノテク・素材, ライフサイエンス関連研究者所属・研究者名：理工学部 機能分子・生命化学科、古賀 智之概要：我々の研究グループは機能性高分子素材として人工ペプチドやアミノ酸誘導体からなるポリマーに着目し、ナノ構造形成素子や刺激応答材料等への応用展開を進めている。特に、ペプチド分子間相互作用の精密設計に基づいて、様々な形状・サイズの三次元・ナノ構造体をボトムアップ的に創製する技術：“プログラム化されたペプチド自己組織化技術”の開発を進めている。これまでにナノファイバーやナノファイバーネットワーク（ハイドロゲル形成）、ナノチューブやベシクル、球状／棒状ミセルへ自己組織化する人工ペプチド群の開発に成功している。分子徐放材料や細胞工学用足場材料等への応用が期待される。使用用途、応用例等：細胞工学や薬物・遺伝子輸送のための分子素材（Nano-scaffold、Nano-Carrier（DDS））、ナノオーダーの空間解像度をもつ機能素子や分子テンプレートなどに応用できる。備考：生体適合性・生分解性を合わせもつ環境調和型の生体ナノ材料であり、最小エネルギー・最大の厳密性で容易に複雑なナノメートルオーダーの三次元構造体の構築が可能。目的に応じた様々な機能性ソフトマテリアルのデザインが可能である。
