共同研究・競争的資金等の研究課題

  • エアロゾルデポジションによるハイブリッド複合膜の創製
    佐藤 祐喜
    AD法により２種類の微粒子を同時に供給して複合薄膜の形成を行なった。ITO薄膜は液晶ディスプレイなどで広く用いられているが、希少金属であるInを含むため、Al2O3微粒子を混合してInの使用量を減らしつつ、高い電気伝導度・可視光透過性を保持した薄膜形成を行なった。 ITO微粒子に徐々にAl2O3微粒子を混合して成膜すると、光透過率は市販品のITO薄膜と同程度の値を示した。一方、絶縁体であるAl2O3微粒子が66%程度混入されるまでは、ITOが100%の薄膜と同程度の高い電気伝導性を示した。複合化することで希少金属であるInの使用量を1/3程度削減でき、機械的強度の高い薄膜を形成することができた。, 日本学術振興会, 科学研究費助成事業, 2019年04月 -2022年03月, 基盤研究(C), 同志社大学
  • 正方晶二珪化モリブデンの３次元選択形成と評価

    MoSi2は常温で高い導電性を有し、化学的安定性が高い物質である。しかし、その結晶構造により耐酸化特性や伝導率が大きく異なり、正方晶が実用的に最も好ましい特性を示す。しかし、一般的な手法でMoSi2を堆積すると結晶構造が六方晶などに変化する。AD法により結晶構造を保持したまま意図した場所・形状でMoSi2を堆積できることは その実用的に大変有益であり研究を遂行した。 同様に、透明導電性薄膜をガラス基板、PETなどのプラスチック、有機物上にも堆積ができ、十分低い抵抗率、光透過性を示す薄膜を形成した。これらの成果は国内、国際学会(ICC6)などで研究成果を報告し、2編の査読付学術論文を掲載された。, 日本学術振興会, 科学研究費助成事業, 2015年04月 -2018年03月, 基盤研究(C), 同志社大学
