Research Projects

• Research on the Political History in the Late Ming China
  城地 孝
  本研究は、16-17世紀における中国明朝の対モンゴル政策の展開を、内閣政治の動向とからめて検討することにより、明代後期政治史の具体像を描き出すことを目的としたものである。2009年8月に中国湖南省湘潭市で開催された第十三届明史国際学術研討会において「俺答封貢与隆慶五年(1571)三月的廷議-兼談『兵部奏疏』的史料価値-」と題する口頭報告を行った。当報告では、北京留学中に発見した中国国家図書館蔵『兵部奏疏』の史料価値を紹介し、その成立背景にも若干の考察を加えた上で、本史料所収の題疏によって、隆慶五年(1571)三月にアルタン封貢の可否をめぐって開かれた廷議(中央高官の全体会議)の詳細を明らかにし、あわせて明代の政策決定システムを支える論理がいかなるものであったのかについても考察した。さらに、2008年度東洋史研究会大会における口頭報告をもとにした論文「丹陽布衣邵芳考-政客の活動をとおして見る明代後期の政治世界-」を執筆し、2009年末刊行の『東洋史研究』68-3に掲載された。本稿では、上海図書館所蔵の未発掘史料『邵氏宗譜』によって、官身分を持たない政客・幕客・侠客などが、流動化の著しい明代後期の政界において、不可欠のアクターとして活動していたことを、実証的に描き出した。以上を含む既発表論考に未発表原稿を加えて、嘉靖(1522-1566)・隆慶(1567-1572)年間を中心とする明代後期の内閣政治の展開を、対モンゴル政策の展開過程とからめて考察した博士論文「明代後期内閣政治史研究-十六世紀後半の「北虜」問題をめぐる政治過程分析を中心として-」を完成させ、2009年11月末に北海道大学に提出した。, 日本学術振興会, Grant-in-aid for JSPS Fellows, Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), 2008 -2009, Competitive research funding, 特別研究員奨励費, 北海道大学
