  • Introduction of Mindfulness and Compassion to Management / Organizations: Possibilities, Issues and Contributions of Japan

    【まとめる活動】マインドフルネスに関する動きは、時を経て、ウェルビーイングへの運動と、サステナビリティに関する運動に分かれてきた。2021年度は、海外の動向を整理したうえで、今までの研究をまとめ、二冊の書籍の執筆を行った。『ウェルビーイング実践講座』と『ビジネス倫理』である。 【ウェルビーイングとダイバーシティ】マインドフルネスと多様性の関連は深い。その流れをたどり、日本企業におけるダイバーシティとウェルビーイング経営の考察を行った。具体的には、（国連）グローバルコンパクト・ネットワークジャパンとの産学連携活動を行い、年に一回の国連のサミットで、日本代表としてジェンダーとウェルビーイングについての発表を行った。また、日本企業24社のインタビューを行い、グローバルコンパクトとして報告書を電子書籍として発表。関連の国際学会での発表も行った。 【ウェルビーイング、イノベーションと日本文化】マインドフルネスやウェルビーイングは、日本文化に深くかかわる。オープンイノベーションと日本文化（伝統的文化、漫画アニメなど） についての研究を深め、国際会議での発表をした。 この分野の研究は、ほとんどなされておらず、新しい知見を提供するものである。 【マインドフルネス、ウェルビーイングの実践とその研究】今まで授業などで行い、知見をためてきたマインドフルネスやウェルビーイングの実践に関する知見をまとめ、より使いやすいものとした。（AIの導入を試みた。）, Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research, 2017/04 -2023/03, Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (C), Doshisha University
