Research Projects

• Fundamental research for analysis of mesh location data
  宿久 洋
  本研究では，GPSを用いて取得された大規模なメッシュ型位置情報データの分析手法に関する研究に取り組んでいる．特に，メッシュ型で離散時間に観測された大規模な人流データを用いた各メッシュの状況把握及び，予測をするためのデータ解析法の開発を行っている．本研究で対象としている位置情報データに対して，古典的な多変量解析法を用いてそのまま分析することは，対象とするデータの特性やその量が問題となり困難であることが多い．そのため，データの特性を踏まえたデータ解析法が必要になる． 現在，データの取得単位がメッシュとしてではなく，地理座標が付与された地点として得られている状況でも利用可能な手法の開発を進めている．各地点での観測がメッシュとして得られる状況は，そうではない場合の特別なケースとして考えることができる． 本年度は，主に次の2つの研究を行った．1つ目は，クリギング法を拡張し，データが得られている各地点を，クラスタリングした下でモデリングする方法に関する研究である．特に，各地点に関する情報が，緯度経度などの位置を表す情報のみである場合について研究を行った．現在は，データ取得地点において共変量を得ることができるとき，共変量を考慮できる方法に関しても研究を進めている．2つ目は，異常を検知する方法についてオンラインで異常検知する方法である．この方法については，中央値を用いる方法を提案している．そして，これを拡張した分位点を用いる方法に関しても研究を進めている．, Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (C), 2020/04 -2023/03, Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (C), Doshisha University

  本研究の主目的は、心理学、社会学をはじめ多くの分野で扱われている類似性(similarity)データの解析手法の1つである多次元尺度法(MDS)の新手法を提案することであった。新手法の特徴は、従来の手法では扱いが困難であった非対称(Asymmetric)なデータが扱いうること及び単一の類似性データのみならず複数の類似性データの解析が可能であることであった。この目的に関しては、複数の類似性データを扱うための手法として既に提案されている “General Fuclidean Model"を非対称データも扱い得るように拡張した手法を提案した。なお、この研究成果は Yadohisa,H(1996):Asymmetric MDS Methods for the general Fuclidean Model.,Report of the Faculty of Science,Kagoshima University(Mathematics,Physics and Chemistry)29:15-21.として発表した。 また、もう1つの目的である、解析結果のより見やすい表現方法を提案することに関しては、Spline関数を用いて複数の結果を総合的に表現する手法を提案した。この研究成果は Yadohisa,H.,Niki,N.and Hashiguchi,H.(1996):DAMDS:Dynamic Asymmetric Multidimensional Scaling.,Abstracts of papers Presented in person,Sydoney International Statistical Congress,Sydoney,Australia(http://www.dms.csiro.au/sisc/).として発表した。, 日本学術振興会, 科学研究費助成事業, 1996 -1996, 奨励研究(A), 鹿児島大学
