    Abstract: The purpose of this study is to develop an information/learning model that facilitates the use of manor-related data. For this end, the following two methods were used. 1) To develop “nihuBridge LOD” utilizing National Museum of Japanese History's database “Nihon Shoen” and “Bibliography of Manor-Related Documents”. 2) To develop a learning model for high school students using the developed LOD.     'This work converts research data on medieval manors into LOD based on spatio-temporal information and provides it in an easy-to-use format with a plain interface. We commended the work for making manorial information easily accessible to the general public, while at the same time making it possible to use it for professional purposes.     Reasons for the award from the Society: "Educational use of digital archives is important for increasing the value of stocked information and for the acceptance of digital archives by society. This paper presents a learning model developed as an educational method for digital archives. The idea is to connect students' questions with materials in the digital archive and to contribute to improving students' literacy through curatorial learning. Issues on the digital archive side, such as setting up secondary use, will also be pointed out.     現行使用教科書において、児童・生徒の学習活動のまとまりである単元の情報を既存の「教科書LOD」「学習指導要領LOD」とリンクしたLODデータとして提供する。 単元LODの元とした情報は、国立教育政策研究所がオープンデータとして検定教科書の学習内容と学習指導要領の関連付けを提供している「教科書編修趣意書データベース」である。 対象は2021年度から小学校で使用されている教科書であり、単元の基本情報(単元名、教科書の該当ページ)、その単元が該当する学習指導要領リソースへのリンク、単元の配当時間数などをLODモデル化して提供する。 LODデータは、提供元と同一ライセンス(CC BY 4.0)のもと、既存のデータセット「教科書LOD」を拡張する形で、当該データセットと同じサイトで一緒に提供している。構造化されたRDF/Turtle形式で公開するとともに、解決可能なウェブデータとしても提供している。 2022年9月時点での対象は、単元数8,015件、教科書数292タイトルから抽出したものである。 「単元LOD」によって、これまで継続的に構築してきた「教科書LOD」を目次レベルまで精細化して提供できるようになっただけでなく、「学習指導要領LOD」とも接続して連携できる等、リンクした情報の有用性は高まりつつある。 加えて、既存の「教科書LOD」や「学習指導要領LOD」とリンクしてきた各種LODに、これまで以上の豊かな情報を提供することが可能となった。 なお、元となった教科書編修趣意書データベースは、教科書発行者が作成した教科書検定関係資料として文部科学省がウェブサイトにて公開しているものを、科学研究費補助金(研究成果公開促進費(データベース))の補助を受けてデータベース化し、オープンデータとして公開提供されたものである。 これは、図書館情報学、教育工学、博物館デジタルアーカイブ、教育実践などの分野を横断した研究者と実践者のプロジェクトにより定期的な検討を重ねながら、学習基礎データの利活用に向けた研究プロジェクトの一環として構築を進めてきた。 今後も、このような枠組みで公開・提供される情報を継続的にデータセットに追加することにより、年々成長するLODデータセットとしての価値が高まっていくことも期待できる。, Database, 2022/10

    The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) has made the contents, codes, and related information of the Courses of Study and the Education Guidelines available to the public as LOD (Linkked Open Data).The LOD covers the latest version of the new and old Courses of Study and the Education Guidelines (including partial amendments) code tables for all school types currently available to the public. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) released the Courses of Study Code in 2020 as open data to connect a variety of digital content with school education and to make cross-sectional and systematic use of learning-related data. However, because the codes are in Excel format, it is difficult to read the structure and meaning without carefully reading the specifications. In order to solve this problem, we developed a new system. In order to solve this problem, we thought it was necessary to create a data set called "LOD for Courses of Study", which can provide information using machine-readable standard technologies such as RDF (Resource Description Framework) and SPARQL. The LOD is a data set that can provide information using machine-readable standard technologies such as RDF (Resource Description Framework) and SPARQL. We established a research project to bridge theory and practice across the fields of library and information science, educational technology, museum studies, digital archiving, and educational practice, and regularly reviewed the ontology. The "Courses of Study LOD" was constructed with the intention of using the URIs of the subdivision codes and other related information as permanent identifiers, while checking the consistency of the code tables and related information as a whole. We also provided the LOD while providing feedback to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) on any errors in the code table that were discovered during the construction process. The latter, by contrast, uses the data obtained from DH research, promotes discussions on the passing down of historical materials by cooperating with residents of the relevant local community, and advances research on regional and historical resources.
